Users logged in to either check on an existing order or complete a new bulk order. These purchasing managers often ordered the same thing every month. Using their order history, items they might want to order again is shown. Adding items to a "favorites" list was also improved by making it more accessible. Lastly a quick overview of each order and their status was included on the dashboard.
15% increase in conversion rate and 22% increase in revenue.
