Card Sorting Study
Card sorting was used to understand user's mental model of the content. A pre-study questionnaire helped uncover their word choices and terminology.

Results
Users had a very low level of topic knowledge. Some users understood product names and wanted to navigate by them, while others need more information. Therefore, I designed the navigation structure to allow for "eyebrow headlines" that explain the different offerings.
